Colleen Campbell主要負責OA2020的推廣與宣傳。OA2020是由德國馬克斯普朗克學會所協調組織的全球性工作，主要參與對象有國家研究委員會、大學校長會議、國家圖書館和橫跨五大洲的採購聯盟。OA2020的主要任務是將現今學術期刊轉換為新的OA出版模式與平台，確保學術文章的開放性且可以重複使用，同時也確保文章的傳播成本是透明且具有經濟效益的持久性。

在加入OA2020之前，她曾在JSTOR和Portico擔任歐洲機構參與策略合作夥伴關係總監，她具有超過20年在學術傳播領域裡不同職位上的工作經驗。她也經常在各種國際會議場合上發表OA的相關演說。她目前是UKSG主要委員會的成員之一，也是開放學術提倡高峰會議小組(Open Scholarship Initiative Summit Group)的成員之一。

Colleen Campbell leads outreach and advocacy for the Open Access 2020 Initiative, a global effort coordinated by the Max Planck Digital Library, comprising national research councils, university rectors’ conferences, national libraries and procurement consortia across five continents. The mission of OA2020 is to transition today’s scholarly journals to new open access publishing models and platforms that ensure articles are open and re-usable and that the costs associated with their dissemination are transparent and economically sustainable.

Previously, Director for Institutional Participation and Strategic Partnerships in Europe for JSTOR and Portico, she has over 20 years’ experience working in various roles within the scholarly communications sector. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences and contributor to the open access debate. She is presently serving a 3-year term as an elected member of the UKSG Main Committee and collaborates internationally as a member of the Open Scholarship Initiative Summit Group. Combining her passions for libraries and people, she began her career as a student worker at the Herman B. Wells library while pursuing a Theatre degree from Indiana University. She later completed an MA in Italian Studies from Middlebury College and settled near Florence, Italy.

Louise Jones在圖書館工作超過三十年，她待過專門圖書館、地方政府圖書館、醫學圖書館以及學術圖書館，Louise於2013年從英國搬到香港並接任香港中文大學圖書館館長之前是在英國的萊斯特大學(University of Leicester)擔任圖書館館長。

在香港中文大學，Louise聚焦於數位化學術研究(Digital Scholarship)的發展。館內成立了數位人文學及學術傳播的發展專門小組「研究支援組Research Support team」，確保圖書館成為校內研究資訊管理系統中主要的夥伴，館內也於2016年啟用擁有視覺化設備的數位化學術研究實驗室(Digital Scholarship Lab)。

Louise同時也擁有圖書館空間改造的豐富經驗，於香港中文大學任職期間Louise已經改造了兩間香港中文大學的圖書館，而她設計的創客空間(Maker Spance)也將於2019年啟用。

Louise Jones has spent over thirty years working in libraries, starting as a library assistant at the Bodleian Library, Oxford University. Her career has spanned special libraries, local government libraries, medical librarianship and academic librarianship. In January 2013 she moved from the UK to Hong Kong to become University Librarian at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Library, a leading research library in East Asia. She had previously been Director of Library Services at the University of Leicester in the UK from 2007.

At CUHK she has focused on the development of digital scholarship capacity within the Library. A Research Support team with expertise in digital humanities and scholarly communications has been created and a Digital Scholarship Lab with a visualization suite opened in spring 2016. The team ensured the Library became a key partner in the 2017 introduction of a university-wide research information management system, taking on responsibility for the research outputs module and a public facing portal. The Library’s digital initiatives have been expanded to include open access to digitized special collections, and moving the digital repository to open source software. Funding has been secured for digitization of rare book and music collections.

Louise also has extensive experience of library space planning and design, having opened the multi-award winning David Wilson Library at Leicester in 2008. The Library won the many architectural awards, including a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) award and the premier academic Library design award in the UK from SCONUL in 2010. At CUHK she is currently renovating two libraries, and is designing Maker Space which will open in 2019.

Scott Walter is University Librarian at DePaul University, where he provides vision and leadership for strategicplanning and policy direction in the areas of library services, collections, information technology, facilities, andhuman resources.He has held leadership positions in theAmerican Educational Research Association and the Association of College & Research Libraries, and iscurrently serving as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Chicago Collections and as an Americas RegionalCouncil representative to the OCLC Global Council.
Dr. Walter has provided leadership for an array of innovative service programs in academic libraries, includinginformation, instructional, and outreach programs, student service and faculty development programs, andemergent services in areas such as scholarly communications, data services, and embedded librarianship.

At DePaul, he is overseeing the $12 million+ renovation of the John T. Richardson Library, including theestablishment of university-wide partnerships centered in the Learning Commons and Scholar’s Lab, andleading DePaul’s involvement with Chicago Collections, a unique collaboration among libraries, museums andarchives across Chicago.

Dr. Walter has served on the editorial boards of scholarly journals, edited four collections of essays, andauthored more than 25 articles, book chapters, and monographs. He has been elected to leadership positionsin the Association of College & Research Libraries and the American Educational Research Association, and hasserved on the Executive Committees of the National Education Network, the Institute for Information Literacy,and the Taiga Forum.

柯皓仁博士歷任新竹交通大學圖書館副館長、臺灣師範大學圖書館副館長，目前為臺灣師範大學圖書館館長、中華圖書資訊館際合作協會理事長及中華圖書資訊學教育學會理事長。柯博士的研究興趣包含：數位圖書館、數位典藏、圖書館資訊系統、資訊檢索、資料探勘、鏈結資料、海量資料等，共發表70餘篇中英文期刊文章、40餘篇中英文研討會文章。

柯皓仁博士多年來持續協助臺灣圖書館界邁向數字化圖書館，包含建置SCI/SSCI, EiCompendex, CSA等索摘資料庫系統的鏡射站；柯博士尚為臺灣圖書館界設計與開發館際互借系統，對臺灣圖書館界的館際互借業務具有重大貢獻；此外，柯博士在臺灣最大的圖書館聯盟CONCERT (CONsortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan)亦提供許多技術上的諮詢。

柯皓仁博士過去十年在數位典藏方面著力甚深，其所帶領的團隊主要著重於臺灣重要藝術家與團隊的典藏數位化，包含楊英風(雕刻家)、劉興欽(漫畫家)、李泰祥(音樂家)、朱銘(雕刻家)、雲門舞集(表演藝術)、優人神鼓(表演藝術)等。

Hao-Ren Ke is a professor of Graduate Institute of Library and Information Studies and the university librarian at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). In addition, he is the President of two library-related associations in Taiwan, Interlibrary Cooperation Association (ILCA) and Chinese Association of Library and Information Science Education (CALISE). His main research interests include library performance measurement, digital library/archives, library and information system, information retrieval, and Web mining .

By using his technical expertise, he devotes himself to helping academic and research libraries in Taiwan move toward digital libraries. For example, he built mirror sites for many important A&I databases including SCI/SSCI, EiCompendex in late 1990s. He developed the Interlibrary Loan Networking System for Taiwanese Libraries, which significantly expedites the interlibrary loan process in Taiwan. He also plays an important technical role in the operation of the biggest Taiwan academic & research library consortium– CONCERT (CONsortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan).

Hao-Ren Ke has been participating in TELDAP (and the forerunner NSC projects on digital archives) for nearly ten years. The digital museums Web sites created by his team focus on Taiwanese Native artists, including YuYu Yang (sculptor), Hsin-Chin Liu (cartoonist), Tai-Hsiang Li (musician), and Cloud Gate (dancing theatre).

Sharing knowledge is integral to her role and she has vast experience working to develop those involved in publishing at various levels: be that as course tutor for STM Association training the next cohort of publishing professionals, providing seminars to Journal Editors across the region or hosting workshops to Early Career Researchers.
