鄭鈴慧教授目前服務於美國德州女子大學圖資學院，擔任該系所教授及所長；教學領域包含資訊基礎、知識組織、行銷倡議與社群參與。

鄭教授有豐富的學術出版品出版經驗，曾獲得四個由美國聯邦政府資助總金額超過 200 萬美元的研究計畫。鄭教授曾經在美國圖書館學會(ALA)委員會服務九年、2017年-2018年之間擔任過美國德州大學圖書館館長。

鄭教授有豐富的演講經驗，演講主題包含圖書館倡議、圖書館多樣性、領導力發展及社群圖書館管理等。

Dr. Ling Hwey Jeng is Professor and Director of Texas Woman’s University, School of Library and Information Studies. She received her Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Her teaching areas include foundations of information, organization of knowledge, marketing and advocacy, and community engagement.

Dr. Jeng has numerous scholarly publications and presentations and is a recipient of four federally funded grant projects to the total of more than two million dollars. She served on the governing Council of the American Library Association for nine years, and was the President of Texas Library Association, 2017-2018. Dr. Jeng is a frequent speaker on topics including library advocacy, diversity, leadership development, and community-based librarianship. She is an active community volunteer with the United Way of Denton County.

John works as part of the Research Services team at the University of Manchester Library, with a focus on Research Metrics. He joined the team in 2021 and has completed both the SciVal and Scopus certification programmes. John’s remit has been to look at different ways the team can help researchers to understand impact in various contexts, and to support responsible, data-driven decision-making. He has recently been involved with two large university-wide strategic projects focused on the University of Manchester’s Sustainable Development Goals. Before joining the team John worked as a Teaching and Learning Librarian at Manchester and is interested in finding practical ways to promote the responsible metrics movement, and the Library’s potential to help foster better research collaboration both within the University and beyond.

Iris Hsu has over 15 years of experience in scholarly communication for researchers and academic in e-resources optimization and technology implementation for academic libraries. Through the partnership with premier publishers like Springer-Nature, she acquired an in-depth knowledge on resource usage and researchers’ workflow. In the recent 2 years, Iris helped young researchers to improve their research visibility through storytelling and online engagement. As the editor of ACCESS@librarylearning space.com, she keeps a close watch on the latest trends of scholarly communication, and she shares the latest to the researchers, academic, publishers and librarians. She holds a Bachelor degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University.

Yvonne Campfens holds a MSc Econometrics degree from University of Amsterdam, and has worked in academic publishing and related service sectors for almost 30 years (Elsevier, Swets Subscription Services, Bohn Stafleu van Loghum/Springer Media, Springer Nature). She was involved in collaborative and workflow solutions like ASA model licenses (1999), ALPSP Learned Journal Collection (2004) and TRANSFER Code of Practice (2009). In 2018, she started her own consultancy business, and has been involved with OA Switchboard since 2019. In 2020 she was appointed Executive Director of Stichting ('foundation') OA Switchboard.

Rhodri Jackson is Publishing Director, Open Access and Asia Journals at OUP. Rhodri has worked in open access for 16 years, and leads OUP’s OA strategy and publishing, as well as managing OUP’s Asia-based journal programme. Rhodri was a two-time board member of the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), and has also served on the STM Association Board, and on the Research4Life OA Task Force.

Alice Wood is the APAC associate director of the Open Research team at Wiley. Her focus is on Open Access to research and helping to make the transition to OA in a sustainable way for researchers and journals across APAC. Beyond OA, she is also interested in the broader Open Research landscape, particularly around data-sharing and author credit taxonomies. During her 10 years at Wiley, she has held various editorial roles giving an insight into the researcher's journey through the publication process, and the various roles researchers play in the publishing landscape.

Ian Boucher is the Impact Liaison and Business Development Manager of Emerald Publishing. Ian has spent nearly 10 years in the research impact field and has previously served as Research Impact Manager at Edge Hill university and Knowledge Exchange and Impact Officer at The University of Manchester.
