全國學術電子資訊資源共享聯盟 (CONCERT) 成立至今已邁入第18週年，2016年於11月9日至10日假國家圖書館國際會議廳舉辦國際研討會，本次研討會的主題為「數位化衝擊下之學術傳播與創新資訊服務」， 邀請國際知名與國內圖書資訊界專家學者及廠商就此一重要議題分享新知卓見，所有得到講者授權之論文和簡報檔已置於下列議程內。
